This Privacy Policy describes how Aural-Nexus AI, LLC ("we," "us," or "the firm") collects, uses, and safeguards information from inquiries, clients, and visitors to https://auralnexus.thatwebhostingguy.com.
1. Information we collect
Inquiry submissions. When you submit a brief through our contact form or email us directly, we receive the name, email address, organization, scope selection, and brief text you provide. Submission timestamp and source page are also captured.
Site analytics. Our hosting infrastructure records standard access logs: IP address, request timestamp, requested URL, referring URL, and user agent string. These records are retained for thirty days and are used only for operational diagnostics and security.
Engagement materials. Once an engagement begins, we receive whatever material a client elects to share under signed NDA. The handling of engagement material is governed by the executed engagement letter and any superseding NDA, not by this Privacy Policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule introductory conversations.
- To execute mutual NDA prior to substantive discussion.
- To deliver the services described in the engagement letter.
- To maintain operational records for tax, accounting, and professional liability purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share inquiry or client information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited communications. We do not maintain a marketing email list.
3. Confidentiality
Inquiry submissions are confidential at your option. Mutual NDA is available at the discovery conversation and is required before any substantive discussion of operating matters. Engagement information is treated as privileged communication and is governed by the executed engagement letter.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels. We do not set cookies for tracking purposes. The site may set strictly-necessary cookies for form submission anti-abuse and for honoring your accessibility preferences.
5. Data security
Inquiry submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored on infrastructure under our administrative control. Engagement material is handled per the security posture defined in the engagement letter, which may include client-controlled storage, encrypted at rest, with access limited to the principal directing the engagement.
6. Data retention
- Site access logs: 30 days.
- Inquiry submissions: 180 days if no engagement results, indefinitely if an engagement is executed (under terms of the engagement letter).
- Engagement records: Per the executed engagement letter and applicable professional record retention requirements.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of any inquiry submission you have sent us, request its deletion, or request correction of inaccuracies by emailing info@auralnexus.thatwebhostingguy.com. We will respond within thirty days.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under the age of sixteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
