Terms of Engagement
These Terms govern your use of https://auralnexus.thatwebhostingguy.com and any preliminary communications with Aural-Nexus AI, LLC prior to an executed engagement letter. Once an engagement letter is signed, that letter and any associated agreements supersede these Terms with respect to the engagement.

The information published on this site is intended for prospective clients evaluating whether to begin an inquiry. It does not constitute a binding offer of services and is subject to change without notice.
2. No professional relationship from site use
Reading this site, submitting an inquiry, or speaking with us prior to a signed engagement letter does not create a professional relationship between you and Aural-Nexus AI. Information shared in a preliminary inquiry is treated confidentially at your option, but the firm is not retained as your advisor until an engagement letter is executed.
3. Preliminary communications
Material shared with us in preliminary communications prior to a signed NDA is handled with reasonable confidentiality consistent with professional practice, but you should not transmit material requiring formal protection until mutual NDA has been executed. We will offer mutual NDA before any substantive discussion of operating matters.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this site are the property of Aural-Nexus AI, LLC. Public articles in the Insights section may be cited with attribution for editorial and scholarly purposes. Wholesale reproduction or commercial republication requires written permission.
5. Limitations

If you become a client, the engagement letter you sign will govern the engagement and will supersede these Terms with respect to the engagement and any related work.
